At MN Fragrances, we strive to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at support@mnfragrances.com with order details and clear images of the issue.
Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated based on availability and customer preference.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Products once opened or used are not eligible for return or refund, unless received in damaged condition.
MN Fragrances reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
